Janie Brown has worked in the food service industry since 1984. Inspired by Chef Chris of La Province and Sal Impastato of Sal and Judy's, all food at Janie's is prepared fresh to order.
Our marinara sauce is prepared daily as well as our famous brown gravy, seafood stock, gumbo, corn & crab bisque, marsala sauce, Alfredo sauce, and demi-glace.
Our delicious Louisiana seafood is fried to perfection. Our softshell crabs and fish are caught locally and are fresh.
